A graduate in Business from New York University, Varun worked as an investment banker for a year before moving back to India to gain expertise in his family business - NAPC, south India’s largest infrastructure company. In 2012, NAPC sold its stake to Eurovia the road construction arm of Vinci, a 35-billion French construction major and the largest infrastructure company in the world and NAPC Properties evolved to become Radiance Realty Developers India Ltd. Varun currently spearheads Radiance Group of Companies as the Managing Director.

Born in to a family of entrepreneurs, Varun is inspired by his parents who are very good sounding boards to each other. His mother, Ranjini Manian is the founder of one of India’s leading relocation companiesm Global Adjustments Services which is now proficiently run by his sister Rohini Manian. The family has established the Global Adjustments Foundation that provides free life coaching to maximise the emotional, physical and leadership skills of women. Homepreneurs, IT workers, nurses, police, soldiers, students and teachers, have participated in their interactive workshops and benefitted from it. The foundation also provides scholarships for girls exceling in academics and supports them through their entire technical education alongside free life coaching classes.

Varun’s love for animals translates into building shelters for them in the community. He works with environment and wildlife conservationists to meet local community needs for stray animals consistently.
